My fascination with the romance and superb craftsmanship of antiques has evolved into a line of modern conversation piece jewelry as a means of sharing the beauty of Victorian buttons as miniature pieces of art.
The treasure hunt for beautiful & unique buttons has brought most of them to me via Europe & old estates of the eastern United States. Each button is lovingly cleaned to reveal its former glory while keeping some patina. The majority are over 100 years old; plastic & modern buttons are not used.
